Artlinenepa gallery Kathmandu

Guardians of Himalayan Art

A curatorial gallery connecting Nepal's finest artists with the world's most discerning collectors.

Kathmandu has been a
centre of art for 1,000 years.

Artlinenepa was founded with one belief: that the extraordinary artistic traditions of the Kathmandu Valley deserve a platform equal to their quality. While Thanka masters spent decades perfecting their craft in small workshops, the global art market remained largely unaware.

We set out to change that. By building direct relationships with traditional and contemporary Nepali artists — from Newari Thanka painters in Bhaktapur to abstract painters in Lalitpur and metal sculptors in Patan — we've created a curatorial bridge between ancient craft and modern collecting.

Our Mission

To make original, authenticated Nepali art accessible to collectors, designers, and institutions worldwide — while ensuring that fair economic value flows back to the artists and communities who create it.

What Makes Us Different

  • Every work comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and verified artist biography
  • We conduct studio visits before representing any artist
  • Collectors receive the artist's full creative narrative with each purchase
  • Trade pricing and consultation programs available for interior designers and architects
  • Insured worldwide shipping with white-glove handling standards
  • 30-day return policy on all works — no questions asked
